Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to TownPlotter and the delivery of interactive 2D, 3D and location-based project showrooms by MoveTez Private Limited.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. About these terms
TownPlotter is a venture of MoveTez Private Limited (CIN: U63032RJ2021PTC078601), registered at A-92 Sundar Nagar, 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. These Terms & Conditions apply to website visitors, authorised account users, builders, developers and other customers who access or purchase TownPlotter services.
A quotation, scope document, invoice, order form or other written service agreement accepted by MoveTez and the customer may contain project-specific terms. If an expressly agreed project-specific term conflicts with these terms, that project-specific term controls only for that conflict.
2. The service
TownPlotter converts real-estate project material into a browser-based interactive presentation that may include 2D and 3D township views, plot information, availability controls, dimensions, media, project links, location maps, channel-partner referrals and related builder tools. The exact deliverables are those recorded in the agreed project scope.
TownPlotter runs through supported web browsers. As part of standard delivery, MoveTez does not remotely install third-party applications on a customer's device or obtain unrestricted access to that device. A user may independently choose to open features or third-party services—such as a map, WhatsApp link or device-supported AR viewer—whose browser, operating system or provider may present its own permission request.
TownPlotter is a project-presentation and inventory-management technology service. MoveTez is not the builder, property owner, broker, lender, architect, surveyor or authority approving a listed project. An EMI result is an illustrative calculation, not a loan quote or financial advice.
3. Quotes, payment, review and handover
The website does not process payments. Scope, pricing, tax, invoices and payment instructions are agreed directly with the customer after a sales conversation and recorded outside the website.
- To commence the agreed work, the customer pays an advance or token equal to 25% of the total agreed project amount. This token amount is non-refundable except where the delivered product does not match the agreed scope and a valid refund is requested within the 15-day eligibility window described below, or where MoveTez cancels or cannot deliver the engagement. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded also remain unaffected.
- MoveTez provides the customer an opportunity to inspect the product against the agreed scope before handover. The customer must review the project content, plot information, presentation, privacy settings and material functionality and report scope discrepancies before accepting it.
- Once the customer confirms acceptance, the remaining balance becomes due. MoveTez hands over the builder control panel and full customer access only after receiving the full agreed payment.
Handover provides the access and usage rights described in the service agreement. It does not transfer TownPlotter source code, infrastructure, platform ownership or other MoveTez intellectual property. Change requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate written estimate and approval.
The usual delivery time is 3–4 days and the maximum standard delivery time is one week.
4. Refund eligibility after delivery
The customer has 15 days from the recorded delivery or acceptance of the product, as applicable, to request a full refund if the delivered product does not match the agreed scope. An approved refund under this clause includes the 25% token and any balance already paid. After that 15-day window, no balance refund is available; MoveTez may instead provide issue-resolution support or, at its discretion, a service credit.
If MoveTez cancels the engagement or cannot deliver the agreed product, MoveTez will provide a 100% refund, including the token, regardless of the 15-day window. Approved refunds are paid within 7–10 business days after approval. The Refund Policy provides the request process and additional detail.
5. Accounts and access
Account access is personal to the authorised organisation and user. Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials and project passwords confidential, use multi-factor authentication where required, promptly remove access for former personnel and notify MoveTez of suspected misuse. The customer is responsible for activity performed through credentials it controls unless caused by MoveTez's breach of an applicable duty.
A shared channel-partner link or project-level inventory password is not an individual agent account. The builder controls its distribution and accepts the limitations of shared credentials, including the absence of individual accountability and individual revocation.
6. Customer content and responsibilities
The customer retains its ownership rights in project layouts, names, trademarks, logos, images, videos, pricing, plot records and other material it supplies. The customer grants MoveTez a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, transform, optimise, display and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to build, operate, support and demonstrate the contracted TownPlotter project.
The customer represents and is responsible for ensuring that:
- it owns the content or has permission to provide and publish it;
- project, inventory, dimension, location, regulatory and contact information is accurate and kept current;
- all advertising, RERA, land-sale, consumer and real-estate obligations applicable to the project are met;
- personal data supplied for accounts, leads or partner referrals is collected and shared lawfully; and
- its instructions do not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
7. TownPlotter intellectual property
MoveTez and its licensors retain all rights in TownPlotter's platform, source code, workflows, interfaces, rendering systems, templates, brand, documentation, improvements and general know-how. Except for the limited access granted under the service agreement, no right is transferred. Customers must not copy, reverse engineer, bypass security, scrape private data, resell unauthorised access, remove proprietary notices or use the service to build a competing product except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unauthorised content;
- misrepresent plot availability, project approvals, ownership or pricing;
- probe, overload, disrupt or circumvent access, rate-limit or privacy controls;
- share private builder-console access or protected inventory data without authority;
- introduce malware or use automated means that materially impair the service; or
- use TownPlotter in violation of applicable Indian law.
MoveTez may suspend access reasonably necessary to contain a security issue, prevent unlawful use, protect another customer or comply with law, while seeking to communicate with the affected customer where practical.
9. Service term, renewal and availability
The standard hosting and service term for a published project is 18 months, regardless of the project's own sales timeline. Renewal is not automatic. Before the term ends, MoveTez and the customer may agree a further term and fee through the same manual sales, quotation and invoicing process. Unless a renewal is agreed in writing, the service ends at the close of the paid term.
Interactive 3D delivery depends on the user's device, browser, network and the size and quality of project assets. Google Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Maps and other approved service providers may affect availability. MoveTez does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a specific service level is expressly agreed in writing.
We may update the platform for security, performance, legal compliance or product improvement. We will not intentionally remove a material contracted deliverable without an appropriate alternative or written agreement.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must use the other party's non-public business and technical information only for the service relationship and protect it with reasonable care. This does not cover information lawfully public, already known without restriction, independently developed or lawfully received from another source. Personal data is handled as described in the TownPlotter Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties and liability
MoveTez will provide the agreed service with reasonable skill and care. Except for obligations expressly stated in writing or imposed by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees about sales conversion, uninterrupted availability, third-party services, device compatibility or the accuracy of customer-supplied project information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, profit, commission, goodwill or data arising from the service. Any exclusions or cap do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or wilful misconduct as applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveTez's aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to a specific project is capped at the total amount the customer actually paid to MoveTez for that specific project. This cap does not restrict a liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
12. Suspension, cancellation and termination
Cancellation is not self-service. A customer must contact MoveTez using the process in the Cancellation Policy. Payment and refund consequences are governed by the accepted service agreement, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Provisions intended to survive—including accrued payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions— continue after termination.
13. Governing law and exclusive Jaipur jurisdiction
These terms and the service relationship are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct written discussion. Subject only to a mandatory consumer forum, statutory authority or other jurisdiction that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, all disputes, claims and legal proceedings arising from TownPlotter, a quotation, invoice, project or service relationship shall be instituted and conducted exclusively before the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. The parties agree that MoveTez is not required to submit to proceedings in another location where this exclusive choice of court is legally enforceable.
14. General terms
Neither party may assign a project-specific agreement without the other's consent, except as part of a lawful corporate reorganisation or transfer of substantially all relevant business, subject to applicable law. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Electronic records and communications may be used to document approvals and notices where legally valid.
